Packaging

Each order is lovingly wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a Shibori sticker, and includes a handwritten note and business card.

Shipping

Orders ship from Bangkok via Thailand Post (Standard Air Mail). Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Need it faster? Tracked international shipping is available from £30—please message me before ordering to arrange this.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love your purchase. If you’re not happy, please contact me within 40 days to arrange a return or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition and can be sent to my Bangkok or UK location.

Please email me first to get the correct return address.

When returning an item:

• Clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods”

• Include a note with your name and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange

Refunds/exchanges are issued once I receive the item in original condition.
